It will be much easier after champion level 8. Unfortunately, if you don’t have your relic item or your champion’s starting power unlocked yet, this region is difficult so you will have to grind until you get those. Gangplank’s region is one that many people have a tough time in, the chief reason being Swain. I find going down first easier than going right. Once you get into mid game, if Poppy or Lulu’s board is empty, they will run out of gas and your units will dunk on their puny creatures. Pick up as much removal and challenger units as possible to keep the yordles in check. This is because Poppy’s passive will get out of control if she sticks multiple units on the board and Lulu’s units will get out of control if she can attack with them multiple times. Lulú region is all about controlling the board. Best champ pairings: Anything beefy (best are Soraka Braum and Galio) You need to get the Regeneration relic item (warmog’s armor) as fast as possible but he is still playable without. Tahm Kench is very good because of the incredibly broken items and perks you can get. Best champ pairings: Nothing is really synergistic

You should always full mulligan for Teemo. He is a good choice because foes are typically light on both removal and elusive units. Teemo is all about finding and protecting Teemo so you can stack the mushrooms in the enemy deck. Best champ pairings: Spell based (example Lux or Heimerdinger) Best perks: Sorcery and Best Defense is a Good Offense. A common curve is turn one Forge Chief, turn two Eager Apprentice, turn 3 six cost spell. Jayce is built around 6 cost spells so you want to pick up as many of them as possible. Best champ pairings: Anything aggressive (example Miss Fortune) Look for healing items along the way because you will sometimes have to take damage instead of a bad trade. Zed is very aggressive, so he is a great choice as most paths call for aggression. Later on you can use rerolls for item and card shops. Thus you should be using your refills only for these and not for individual cards. The most important factors in a run’s success are your perks and your supporting champion. That being said you can beat the game with any champion (except probably Vi).

In my opinion all of these champions have clear identities and well built decks. I found Zed, Jayce, Teemo, and Tahm Kench to be the easiest champions to finish a run in the least amount of tries. I have beaten Viktor with about 2/3 of the roster but to reach maximum rewards you only need to beat him with 3 champions. So I decided to write up a quick guide for each region.
